Utilising an existing network (LAN/WAN/VPN) connection,
users can start and stop recording of current calls, control which calls on
their line are recorded and which aren't, and add searchable notes to
current calls; all from a simple taskbar application on the users PC.
If a user requires recording on demand functionality but
does not have immediate access to a PC, recording can also be controlled by
the use of configurable DTMF codes entered on a users phone. The software
application and DTMF codes are completely interoperable.

level of control with Record on Demand. This gives users the desired level
of control, while ensuring continued adherence to company recording
policies.
