Connection of Your Total Recall Trunk Recording Solution

Total Recall records trunk side and is connected in parallel with the PBX via a passive tap. ISDN signalling intitiates start stop of recording on each telephone along with callers and dialled numbers to aid later date searches for recordings.

Total Recall Max Rack is the premium ISDN 30 - VoIP call recording solution for enterprise-critical applications. Mirrored hard-drive storage and a hot-swap power supply are standard features, ensuring the integrity of your telephone recording solution in the most demanding conditions. Total Recall Max utilises the latest Intel Core 2 Duo processors, for maximum speed and reliability.

The built-in colour LCD display, keypad and speaker, provides a complete stand alone recording and payback archiving solution for users who do not have or wish to have their recorder connected to a network, although if server rooms aren’t your favourite place to work then all functions can be set up with the included Remote Manager software from your PC.

Total Recall Max Rack will record a maximum of 60 PRI ISDN lines simultaneously, although 120 lines may be physically connected. For greater capacity and redundancy you can monitor, search and manage multiple Total Recall Max units with the supplied Remote Manager software. more info..

For a smaller capacity ISDN call recording requirements or if space is an issue or you have a limited budget, or you do not require the high levels of hardware redundancy featured in the Total Recall Max Rack, then the Total Recall Max Desk version is the product for you.
