Total Recall Installation
Installation:
Usually 3-4
weeks following receipt of the customers order.
Installation is usually
undertaken by Voice Recorders Ltd team of experienced
technicians
at an
agreed time with the client. But Total Recall can also be
installed by a competent telecoms engineer. Installation
guides and training videos are available on our web site.
Customers
Responsibilities
1. Provide
recording source connection point within 3 meters of the
recorder location.
This can be in the form of a patch panel, Krone strip/ Box
Connect or telephone outlet
sockets. We will discuss this with you prior to
installation.
2.
Provide mains power socket with 3 meters of the
recorder location. UPS battery back up is
recommended. We can quote you for supply of.
3.
If installed in a rack provide 5U rack space
for TR rack version or 5U with sliding shelf for
desktop version
4.
If recording from
a PBX Customer to confirm type PBX system and model
numbers of
handsets.
5.
Provide network connection point if Total Recall is to be
be remotely accessed using
Remote
Manager
6.
Customers Network
/ IT specialist to be on site to for network connection
configuration
6. Administrator / Operators.
Be available for training
directly after installation completion
allow 2 hours same day
These are
Mandatory requirements to enable a predictable and
successful installation to allow users to be speedily up and
running with Total Recall.
